Holy Communion 

At at least one of our services, every Sunday, members of our congregation will take part in Holy Communion. For those who have grown up in church or have been part of a church before may feel comfortable in their understanding of Holy Communion. But it's ok if you don't feel like you know the ins and outs of it - you are not alone!
